Rockwills runs on a franchise format and Rockwills’ franchise licence is opened to all Malaysian who are interested in pursuing business in estate planning under the brand of Rockwills.
Each Rockwills franchise licence is for a period of five years. It is renewable as long as the franchisee meets all the necessary requirements during the franchise period.
At the point of writing, a franchise fees of RM2,788.00 is payable and interested individual has to attend a compulsory 4 days Will and Trust Training conducted by the Company. The individual needs to pass a test at the end of the training session.
Upon completing the 4 days training and passed the test, the successful candidate is known as “Authorized Agent” of Rockwills.
The Rockwills franchisee can starts to do his/her estate planning business under the brand of Rockwills, these services include will-writing, will custodian, appointment of Rockwills Trustee Bhd as the corporate Executor or Trustee in a Will, private trust set up including Labuan Foundations, Private Trust Company (PTC) in Singapore and many other innovative products introduced by Rockwills.
The remuneration is based on commission. It is a percentage of the sales value of the services provided.
Estate planning is a sunrise industry in Malaysia, it is mostly untapped as more then 90% of eligible Malaysian does not have a Will and know about private trust.
